Custom Order & Non-Refundable Policy

All products sold by The Home Coverings are custom-made to your exact specifications, including size, fabric, color, and mounting details. Because each order is custom cut and manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable. Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

Please review all measurements, selections, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Damage Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be clearly noted with the delivery driver at time of delivery.
  • Photos and video of the damaged packaging and product must be taken immediately.
  • All documentation must be emailed to customerservice@thehomecoverings.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for a replacement claim.

Once documentation is received and reviewed, we will coordinate a replacement if the damage claim is approved.

Color Disclaimer

Every computer monitor and mobile device displays colors differently. We cannot guarantee exact color representation based on digital screens. For the most accurate evaluation, we strongly recommend ordering samples prior to placing a custom order.

Additionally, slight color variation between components may be visible prior to installation. Because different materials accept paint, stain, and finishes differently, subtle variations can occur as a natural part of the manufacturing process. These variations are considered normal and visually harmonize once the treatment is fully installed in your window.
