Because each order is custom cut and manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable. Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

Please review all measurements, selections, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Damage Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be clearly noted with the delivery driver at time of delivery.
  • Photos and video of the damaged packaging and product must be taken immediately.
  • All documentation must be emailed to customerservice@thehomecoverings.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for a replacement claim.

Once documentation is received and reviewed, we will coordinate a replacement if the damage claim is approved.
